What should I provide to get an accurate printing quote?
For an accurate quote we will need to meet with you to see which TabTalkerTM fits the needs of your business the best. You can choose from the economy, standard or deluxe design.  To give us some information to get started, please click here to get the process started.

Do you provide artwork templates?
Our graphic designers are available to work with you on designing your TabTalkerTM. If you prefer to work with your own graphic designer, we can provide an artwork template with the TabTalkerTM specifications. Please create one print file for each TabTalkerTM ordered. Please let us know if there are any special requests in regards to paper stock or any other finishing requests.

Can I visit the production facility before placing an order?
Yes! We would love to show you around our facility, and always welcome our clients to come and do press checks.

What types of files do you accept?

How can I submit my print-ready files?
You can upload on our Upload Page, you can use a free service like (www.hightail.com), or you can send the files to our facility on a storage medium (CD, DVD, Flash Drive, or Other External Drive).

Will the electronic proof match the final output color?
The electronic proof is not meant for color matching. They are low resolution and are simply provided to verify the layout, accuracy, color/font drop-offs, and text of your artwork. If you require a color match, please order a color hard proof.

Do you keep my previously submitted files?
To simplify the process of reordering a job, we retain for your files for a period of time. Generally, the file system is purged of files that have not been used in the last 3 years. Since the files are not held indefinitely, please make sure you keep a copy of your own print-ready files.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Check. Payment Terms are available.

How will I receive my order?
You can choose to pick up your order at our facility in Cleveland, OH or you can choose to have your order shipped via UPS, FedEx, Courier, and Truck.

Do you offer Blind Shipping?
If you are placing an order for someone else, you may wish to have the client receive the materials in packaging that does not identify Porath Printing as the source. There is no charge for the service, but extra shipping and handling fees may apply. Please inquire for additional details.

Can you split my shipment?
Yes. We can split your shipment to different locations, but extra shipping and handling fees may apply.

Can you use my shipping account to send the order?
Yes. Please provide this information once the order is placed. If no information is sent, we will use our standard shipping account.
